Ingredients: Pork, beef, koji (water, rice, koji), salt, chile pepper, hard apple cider, fruit and spice extract, fermented garlic (garlic, water, salt), sugar, lactic acid starter culture, natural beef casing.
Storage: Consume by the use-by date. For best quality, keep refrigerated and serve at room temperature.
